  • Purchase Entry: Only purchases made at LatheredArtisan.com are eligible. Each purchase of a tea or tea accessory counts as 5 entries per item.
  • Other Purchases: Any other purchase at LatheredArtisan.com counts as 2 entries per item.
  • No Purchase Entry: Mail a postcard with your full name, mailing address, and email address to:

    Postcard entries must be postmarked by January 10, 2026 and received by January 31, 2026. Limit one (1) postcard per person.
  • Multiple entries using the same physical address but different email accounts may be verified at the Sponsor’s discretion.

Official Rules – Tea Lover’s Giveaway

1. Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and U.S. territories who are 18 years of age or older. Void where prohibited. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Lathered Artisan, 5 Elements Essentials and High Octane Homestead are not eligible.

2. Sponsor: Sponsored by Lathered Artisan, 499 NM 333 #1782, Tijeras, NM 87059 (“Sponsor”).

3. Entry Period: Begins November 13, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. CST and ends January 10, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. CST.

4. Entry Methods: See “How to Enter” section above. All entries must comply with these rules. Automated or non-compliant entries are void.

5. Prizes & ARV: See “Prizes” section above. Approximate value ranges for each prize are as follows:

  • First Prize – Ultimate Tea Lover’s Set: Approximate value of $158 to $179, depending on tea selection.
  • Second Prize – Premium Tea Set: Approximate value of $116 to $132, depending on tea selection.
  • Third Prize – Tea Sampler Set: Approximate value of $92 to $100, depending on tea selection.

6. Winner Selection and Notification: One (1) winner per prize tier will be selected at random during February 2026. Winner will be notified via email and must respond within 72 hours with a valid U.S. mailing address. If no response, an alternate winner may be selected. Prizes will be shipped to verified winners within 4–6 weeks of winner verification.

7. Odds of Winning: Depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. Publicity: By accepting a prize, winners grant Sponsor permission to use their first name, last initial, and state for promotional purposes unless prohibited by law.

9. General Conditions: Sponsor may cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway if integrity is compromised. Incomplete or non-compliant entries may be disqualified.

10. Release: By participating, entrants release Sponsor, affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims arising from participation or prize use.

11. Compliance: Giveaway governed by U.S. law and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
