Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy applies to Lathered Artisan and all brands, products, collections, content, and services offered, sold, marketed, or made available through our website, including High Octane Homestead and 5 Elements Essentials, as well as any current or future brand offered through our website.

This policy is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service, Returns, Refunds, Exchanges, Cancellations, and Delivery Issues Policy, and Shipping Policy. If there is a conflict between this policy and another policy, the policy specifically applicable to the purchase option at issue will control, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

"Make It for Me!" Pre-Orders and Special Orders

"Make it for me!" is Lathered Artisan's name for eligible pre-orders, special orders, custom orders, and made-to-order products. A "Make it for me!" order allows you to reserve or request a product that is not currently in stock, is not yet available for shipment, is made specifically for you, or requires additional production time before shipment.

The applicable product page, checkout page, or order confirmation will state the estimated shipment timeframe and whether payment is collected in full, partially collected as a deposit, or authorized for collection at a later date.

If payment is collected in full or in part at the time of a "Make it for me!" order, you may cancel the order and receive a refund of amounts paid before production begins, unless the product page or checkout clearly identifies the item as non-cancelable after purchase.

Because "Make it for me!" products may be personalized, custom, made to order, or otherwise produced specifically for you, cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible. Once production has begun or materials, ingredients, supplies, or packaging have been purchased or used for your order, the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation, refund, or change, except as required by applicable law.

If we cannot ship a "Make it for me!" order within the estimated shipment timeframe, we will notify you as required by applicable law and provide available options, which may include consenting to a delay or canceling the unshipped portion of the order for a prompt refund.

Once a "Make it for me!" order has shipped, our Returns, Refunds, Exchanges, Cancellations, and Delivery Issues Policy applies.

Subscriptions

Lathered Artisan may offer subscriptions for select products. Subscription availability, eligible products, pricing, discounts, delivery frequency, and other subscription terms may vary by product and will be displayed on the applicable product page and at checkout.

By selecting a subscription option and completing your purchase, you authorize Lathered Artisan and its payment processors to charge the payment method you provide on a recurring basis for the selected subscription products, applicable taxes, shipping charges, and any other clearly disclosed charges. Your subscription will continue and automatically renew at the frequency selected by you unless and until you cancel it in accordance with this policy.

The price of each subscription order will be the price displayed at checkout for the applicable subscription option, plus applicable taxes and shipping charges. If a subscription price, shipping charge, or other recurring charge changes, we will provide notice as required by applicable law before the changed charge takes effect. Promotional pricing, discounts, and free-shipping offers may be subject to separate terms and may expire or change as disclosed at the time of purchase.

You may manage, pause, skip, change, or cancel your subscription through the subscription-management link included in your order confirmation email or by logging in to your customer account, if available. If you need assistance, contact us at contact@latheredartisan.com.

To avoid being charged for the next scheduled subscription order, you must cancel, pause, or skip your subscription no later than 7 business days before the next scheduled billing date. Requests received after that cutoff may apply to the following subscription order.

Cancellation stops future recurring charges and future unprocessed subscription orders. It does not automatically cancel, refund, or alter an order that has already been billed, processed, prepared, shipped, or otherwise entered into fulfillment.

We may cancel, pause, modify, or discontinue a subscription product, frequency, discount, or program at any time, subject to applicable law. If we cancel or discontinue a subscription before an order is billed or fulfilled, we will not charge you for that unfulfilled order. If a product is unavailable when your subscription order is scheduled to process, we may contact you, delay the order, substitute an item only with your prior consent, skip the order, or cancel the affected subscription order and refund any amount charged for that unfulfilled order.

Subscription products are subject to the same product-information, safety, and medical-disclaimer provisions in our Terms of Service. Products intended for skin contact or consumption may be final sale and may not be eligible for return, exchange, or resale after leaving our facility. Please review the product description, ingredient list, directions, and warnings before each purchase and delivery.

Subscription orders that have been billed, processed, or shipped are subject to our Returns, Refunds, Exchanges, Cancellations, and Delivery Issues Policy.
