Brewing Instructions |

• Tea & Water Ratio: 3 grams of tea per 6 oz (180 ml) cold, fresh water
• Water Temperature: Bring to a rolling boil (212°F / 100°C)
• Steep Time: 3–5 minutes

Usage Guidelines |

• Enjoy as a restorative morning or afternoon tea.
• Enjoyable hot, cooled or iced, plain or sweetened, with or without your choice of milk.
• For an Earl Grey Latte, add steamed milk and sweetener.
• For a London Fog, add steamed milk, vanilla flavoring and sweetener.
• Encourage hair growth by applying cooled tea to the scalp, massage in, dry, and style as usual (caffeinated teas can encourage hair growth when used properly, however, they do stain your strands, black teas are best for dark hair, green and white teas are best for light hair.)
